AN-32

The An-32P is the most efficient firefighting aircraft of its type, with a 8x productivity advantage over other mid-size aerial platforms. The aircraft utilizes 2 autonomous outer pouring units which can be filled in 10-15 minutes to drop up to 8 tons of fire-retardant.  It is perfectly suited for rapid responses, including para dropping of up to 27 smoke jumpers and 10 x 100 kg packages of firefighting equipment.

AN-32P unique performance specifications and capabilities include:

 takeoff and landing on unpaved runways;

 discharge 8 tones of water to cover a spot 35 meters wide and 160 meters long at a concentration exceeding 1 liter per square meter;

 simultaneous/combined transportation of passengers and cargo;

 fast reconfiguration of the cargo and passenger cabin;

 rear ramp loading with a built-in skid roller system;

 airlift of cars, boats and other vehicles;
